I have OCD when it comes to organizing things so whenever I go to The Container Store I'm in heaven! It's actually one of my favorite stores and you can find some fabulous items for your home there. I recently visited The Container Store because I wanted to organize my vanity table and most of all, my extensive makeup collection. 
I ended up finding some great items including acrylic 3-Drawer Boxes, glass brush holders for my makeup brushes and large glass trays. I have a clear theme going on as it is much easier to find things and also it looks much more polished. Click here for more info.

One of my favorite things to have on my desk is a gorgeous candle in a sublime scent. I have an affinity for luxury candles and my new favorite candle brand is Maura Peters. I especially like the organic salvage and white glass collections. The organic salvage candles are made from recycled glass and are 100% organic. My favorite scent form the savage line is 'for the dogs" which is a light crisp citrus scent that really revitalizes your room. I am currently burning the white candle in vanilla grapefruit which is heavenly. The white candle can be reused as a vase once the candle burns out, Maura recommends filing them with peonies. So, I haven't been posting in the last week since I have been extremely busy moving and had over 6 events to attaend (I thought NY fashion week was over). I never knew I had so many handbags, shoes and clothing. It is gluttonous to have so much stuff, but then again I am a fashion editor and I do love to change it up everyday so I forgive myself. In any case today I went to buy some new bedding for my new bedroom. I usually stick to 800 count stark white Egyptian Cotton sheets but I thought I would live it up a bit and bring some color in for once. I looked at a few places but surprisingly enough fell in love with Seventeen's bedding collection at JCPenny. It is a beautiful bohemian style bedding set that really sets the Indian Tone that I am going for. They didn't have the matching pillows at the store but I ordered them online.
