Simply Does It

Contributed by Gabriel Wood

“A time to be born and a time to die.” King Solomon couldn't have put it any better. Fashion somehow has an uncanny way of seeming to be one step ahead of time.“The custom and fashion of today will be the awkwardness and outrage of tomorrow - so arbitrary are these transient laws.” - Alexandre Dumas Père

Over the past 70 years, fashion has gone from dull to daring, from daring to outrageous and from outrageous to Ugg boots (yes, I've seen men in uggs...uuugh). So, in light of this ever changing place of change, I’m proposing a time for smart simplicity. According to an exclusive Esquire survey, 67.7% of women in America find jeans and a white t-shirt the sexiest thing that a man can wear. Could it really be that easy?

Let’s have a quick color psychology recap. White is a reflective color making objects appear bigger than they are. People in white elucidate confidence and assurance in their self-awareness and white is associated with purity. No matter what skeletons you may have hiding, you will always seem like prince charming to any beholder.
You may already have the following items lounging in your wardrobe somewhere. If not, here’s a selection you can take to a trendy young executive bar on Liverpool Street, or a nip down to your local Morrison’s for a tub of Ben and Jerry’s cookies and cream.

Opt for a V neck t-shirt to keep you looking smart, defined and stylish.

Dark denim is by far my favorite choice for jeans. The dark tones create a slim line effect from waste to ankle making it practical in any eventuality.

The crinkled effect takes banishes the introvert, and adds a little bit of ruggedness

Iv always wondered why designers don't make every suit blazer a one-button piece. Mine is barely buttoned up but if it is, then only the top one is ever used, Show more confidence and less rigidity with this intelligently wind swept slim fit blazer.
